No, it’s FREE, as are many of our tools. You only pay once you have exhausted your free trials.

A Large Language Model (LLM) is a type of advanced computer program designed to understand and generate human language. It uses a complex network of mathematical patterns to process and analyse text so it can then create written content, proof-read text and translate languages.

The quality of Google Translate is poor compared to a custom-built LLM translation engine. Google Translate does not rate within our top 20 translation engines worldwide, and it is uncustomisable, which means translations will always be generic and not fine-tuned to your brand.

ChatGPT is a publicly available LLM which means data is not secured in a private server environment. It also doesn’t automatically link to professional linguists to check the work when it is completed. It may be free, but it’s not suitable for enterprises (in our opinion).

The very large Language Service Providers are only keen on US$500k+ per annum accounts, and the very small Language Service Providers typically only offer human linguists to complete work. We target Customers with annual spends of US$25k to US$500k a year with a hybrid model, enabling Customers’ access to the latest AI technology, human only, or a mix of the two depending on their needs and budgets.

The minimum subscription period is one year. We encourage users to take-out our starter subscription first, which is uncustomised, to see how good the quality is, and then upgrade their package when they are comfortable, to get even better quality and more consistent results through customisation.
