A submission is when a single piece of content is generated by the AI⁺ Copywriting service.

Each copywriting submission will generate up to 1,000 words.

If there is insufficient information provided by the user, AI solutions will start to pull unverified information from public sources to produce the copy. For high value results, we recommend that the user provide the information that is required to generate the copy at all times. If a longer article is required, we recommend submitting in more than one submission.

AI⁺ is specifically designed to be used with all three services together hence our packages are designed to enable our Clients to have access to all three from the start.

With the exception of the free package, our pricing page allows you to adjust each service to suit your exact requirements and the overall cost will also reflect this automatically.

For online subscribers, the minimum commitment is only one month, after which you can cancel your subscription at any time. For users that require quotations and invoices issued to their organisations, the minimum commitment is 12 months.

The Starter plan prompts have been carefully developed by our prompt engineers to produce consistent and high quality results each time. If you would like to make changes to the prompts or customise the content that is generated, you will need to subscribe to one of our custom AI⁺ plans.

AI⁺ Human is for Customers that would like the involvement from human linguists as part of the copywriting/editing/translation process whereas AI⁺ Starter is an AI only service.

Prompts for Copywriting are pre-set content types with accompanying questions that allow the AI service to generate your content. You may select the number of prompts (content types) that you would like to have available and then customise the requirements for each.

Write your own prompts allows a company administrator to set their own content types and questions that their users must answer to generate content. This is ideal if you have an internal team of prompt engineers as there is no limit to the changes you can make. With custom designed prompts, MYL’s prompt engineers will assist with this process.

Credits are required for using human copywriters to review your work. Please contact our sales team to discuss an appropriate quota of credits to be included with your monthly service fee.

For AI⁺ human copywriting services, the minimum charge is 300 words. For human only copywriting/copy editing services the minimum is five hours (US$575).

The amount of time required by the human writer can very depending on how much information is provided, whether research is required and the subject matter. For that reason, a number of hours is quoted for each task.
