A submission is when a single piece of content is generated by the AI+ Copywriting service.

Each copywriting submission will generate up to 1,000 words.

If there is insufficient information provided by the user, AI solutions will start to pull unverified information from public sources to produce the copy. For high value results, we recommend that the user provide the information that is required to generate the copy at all times. If a longer article is required, we recommend submitting in more than one submission.

AI+ is specifically designed to be used with all three services together hence our packages are designed to enable our Clients to have access to all three from the start.

With the exception of the free package, our pricing page allows you to adjust each service to suit your exact requirements and the overall cost will also reflect this automatically.

For online subscribers, the minimum commitment is only one month, after which you can cancel your subscription at any time. For users that require quotations and invoices issued to their organisations, the minimum commitment is 12 months.

The Starter plan prompts have been carefully developed by our prompt engineers to produce consistent and high quality results each time. If you would like to make changes to the prompts or customise the content that is generated, you will need to subscribe to one of our custom AI+ plans.

External review is outsourcing the human reviewing to MYL. In-house is for Customers that already have their own translators which can utilise our AI translation platform to assist with their work.

A language pair is a unique combination of a source and target language. English to Korean is considered to be one language pair while Korean to English would be considered to be a second.

Yes a minimum charge of 300 words applies to each submitted translation request. There is no minimum if the in-house option is selected.

Full time translators typically work in a computer aided translation (CAT) tool with several unique features that make their work more efficient including: bilingual view, in context preview, glossary prompts and translation memory.

Translation captures the meaning of the underlying source text while transcreation applies an additional layer of polishing and re-writing to make the content appear as if it was written in the target language. We recommend translation for technical reports and transcreation for marketing content.

Standard rates apply if the requested turnaround time is 48 hours or greater after the job has been confirmed/ submitted to our platform. Fast rates apply if the requested turnaround time is less than 48 hours.

A minimum charge of US$500 applies to all first requests and following that a minimum of 300 words for each subsequent request is applied.
