Harrow School

Harrow School was founded in 1572 under a Royal Charter granted by Queen Elizabeth I. Harrow International Schools were launched over 20 years ago and have quickly become as well-respected as their English forebearer.

The Requirements

The Asian division of Harrow International Schools was seeking to leverage the power of AI to enforce their comprehensive style guide and key terminology for key documents published by the group. The use of AI was preferred so that it could cover a much larger scope of work than would have been possible with a human copywriter alone.

The Solution

Harrow provided us with its full style guide and glossary and our AI technicians went to work developing a custom trained large language model (LLM) that could be applied for any pre-written English content. An iterative process for training was necessary to ensure that the best possible results were presented on each occasion.

While an AI powered solution worked well for day-to-day correspondence, there were some instances where only a native human Editor could understand the nuance for delivering 100% accuracy with key documents. As a result, a native English Editor, also trained with Harrow’s guidelines was provided to review important documents before publication.
